At Gourmet Linc's (Left) we hand cut, grind, and process every order from only the freshest and highest quality meats available. No bulk trim scrap from the butchering process found in our products.
Large industrial processors
Large industrial processors (right) use bulk trim scrap salvaged from the lesser quality trim saved during other butchering and processing operations.
At Gourmet links
We hand trim FRESH chickens (left) either from the whole bird or from quarters to insure our customers only the highest quality products.
Industrial processors
Industrial scale processors (right) use mechanically separated and ammonia washed chicken and chicken by products .
We hand trim our pork.
We hand trim our pork (left) from various cuts to ensure the proper ratio of lean to fat while also removing any undesirable parts we don't want in our premium products.
Large industrial processors.
The large industrial processors (right) use bulk pork trim scrap made from everything discarded during the butchering process. This often includes glands, cartilage pieces, Sinue, and undesirable fats.
Not found in Gourmet Linc's products.., but prized by Industrial Processors.
Industrial processors use fillers, phosphates, artificial colorings, and stabilizers to increase not only the water weight but the appearance of their products.

Satanizing... All surfaces are sanitized after cleaning and before the next production run or protein change.
We pride ourselves on our cleanliness. All production areas are inspected before work begins and any descrepancies are corrected.
Deep cleaning of used equipment is done daily, or when changing protein types.
All employees are trained and certified in either food safe handling or as a food safe manager
